Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant

Pay: $14.00–$18.00/hr (Negotiable based on experience)
Location: Oʻahu
Schedule: Full-time
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Administrative Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. This front-line position is perfect for someone who’s proactive, enjoys multitasking, and delivers excellent customer service.

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Keep front office area clean and organized
• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document prep
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Support general office and administrative tasks

Pay: $19.96–$40.00/hr (Negotiable based on experience)
